Jen McEntee focuses her practice on representing Chapter 11 debtors in complex restructuring cases, as well as other key stakeholders in bankruptcy proceedings, including official committees of unsecured creditors, secured lenders, distressed debt investors, asset purchasers, and other parties in interest. She joined the firm in 2008 and has since developed substantial expertise guiding clients through all phases of the Chapter 11 process, from pre-petition planning and case strategies through plan confirmation, litigation, and post-confirmation matters. In all aspects of her practice, Jen works closely with clients to develop practical, business-oriented solutions to complex financial challenges, whether restructuring operations, maximizing creditor recoveries, or protecting collateral interests. Her practice spans a wide range of industries and she is known for her strategic approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage sophisticated cases involving multiple stakeholders.

Beyond her legal practice, Jen is deeply committed to community advocacy. Jen volunteers in the child welfare space with the Support Center for Child Advocates and Students Run Philly Style, supporting vulnerable youth through mentorship and direct engagement.
