Marnie Simon practices in the areas of commercial bankruptcy, commercial litigation, general litigation and corporate law. In the bankruptcy context, Marnie has represented debtors in possession in the manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, and golf industries. She regularly represents and counsels large utility companies involved in customer bankruptcies, as creditors and preference defendants, as well as in conjunction with Section 366 litigation.

Marnie frequently represents large equipment lenders as non-debtor parties in bankruptcy transactions as well as chapter 7 trustees, public utilities and secured lenders.
